General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hzyz platform and all its services. By browsing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

hzyz is a secure and reliable online gaming platform. The platform is protected by SSL encryption technology and operated through independent system audits to ensure fair play.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand the Terms.

1.1 Scope of Services

hzyz provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other online gaming services for players in Bangladesh. The platform is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Brief interruptions may occur for technical maintenance, and users will be notified in advance.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, hzyz's interpretation shall be considered final. Users may contact the support team regarding any unclear points.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open an account and use any service on the hzyz platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old ("For persons aged 21 and above only").
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must operate the account in your own name and identity.
• You must not have had an account previously closed or banned on hzyz.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be true and accurate.

hzyz strictly prohibits gaming by minors. Identity documents or national ID may be requested at any time for age verification. Failure to verify may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any ineligible winnings may be forfeited.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person is permitted only one hzyz account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be voided.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and current information to complete the registration process. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. hzyz will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hzyz may request identity verification documents at any time as needed, which may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (such as a utility bill).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process. Failure to submit the required documents may result in permanent account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on hzyz:

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

hzyz currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Same Method Rule

Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the deposit. This is a standard practice to prevent money laundering. In special cases, the support team may arrange an alternative.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Conducting transactions on behalf of another person or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the related account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

Bonuses & Promotions

hzyz offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount alone — not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hzyz follows a strict policy on bonus abuse. The following activities may result in bonus forfeiture:

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts.
• Strategic betting between multiple users with the intent to collectively meet bonus conditions.
• Betting patterns inconsistent with the bonus terms.

5.4 VIP Program

hzyz's VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. Special benefits and priority support are provided for each tier.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on hzyz is subject to the following rules:

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, hzyz reserves the right to void or correct that bet.

6.2 Erroneous Odds or Quotes

hzyz reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or quotes. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.3 Fair Play Obligation

Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform, using bots or automated tools, and engaging in fraudulent coordination with other users are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed.

6.4 Special Provisions for Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. However, all forms of match-fixing or use of insider information are strictly prohibited on hzyz. Involvement in such activities may result in legal action.

Account Suspension & Closure

hzyz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Operating multiple accounts.

7.1 Account Closure at User's Own Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Send a written request to the support email ([email protected]) and the account will be closed after verification. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure.

Responsible Gaming

hzyz believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of income. We encourage all our players to play responsibly.

8.1 Self-Exclusion Feature

Any user may request to activate a temporary or long-term self-exclusion on their account. While this feature is active, account access and betting will be completely disabled.

8.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately, and a waiting period must pass before it can be increased.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with the privacy policy and all relevant bonus terms and conditions, together form the entire agreement between hzyz and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements will be superseded by this document.
